Quenching Oils

• Heat treatment as the metal working technology to get hardness and toughness is done through heating and cooling of the metal.


• In cooling the high temperature metal with heat treatment oils, adequate cooling ability need to get high hardness and, distortion has to be minimized. To get persistent cooling ability, quenching oils must have excellent heat-resistance and combined with right cooling additives.


• KCC's quenching oils made with high-refined base oil and excellent additives that will play a crucial role in the working site to keep the cooling distribution together with persistent cooling ability based upon its resistant to heat-degradation and oxidization due to high temperature application.
