Drawing Oils

• This lubricating oil cools the heat generated from friction and reduces friction resistance during the cutting process. It economically produces high-quality products by generating and protecting the surface of the processed part and by extending the life of production tools.

[Types]

• Soluble cutting oils
  This oil can be safely diluted with water from 1:10 up to 1:50. It features superior cooling compared with lubrication effects.
  Soluble cutting oils are used mainly for the turning and grinding of cast iron and nonferrous metals.
  They are available in milky emulsion type, semi-transparent semi-synthetic type, and clear synthetic type.


• Insoluble cutting oils
  This undiluted solution features superior lubrication compared with its cooling effects. In general it is used for the turning of steel, alloy steel, heat resistant steel, and stainless steel.
